The Diabetes & Endocrine Center accepts all major commercial insurance carriers as well as government-sponsored insurance programs such as Medicaid, Medicare, and Tricare. You can find a list of providers on your insurance company’s website. We strongly recommend that you check with your insurance company prior to your appointment to verify our physicians are providers under your plan.

Patients are responsible for providing a current copy of their insurance card each time services are rendered. Co-payment is expected at the time of service.

Our clinic verifies benefits and coverage; however, there is no guarantee the information given to us by your insurance company is correct. We receive a quote or estimate of your benefits from the insurance company. Payment is not guaranteed until the company receives the claim and a review of benefits is completed. We strongly suggest that you contact your insurance company and independently verify the benefits as well.

Patients are responsible for payment of services received if the insurance company does not pay the claim. The Diabetes & Endocrine Center will not get involved in disputes with insurance companies, but will provide information to the insurance company on your behalf to assist you in getting your claim paid.
